Hello and welcome to November. I’m writing this as the sun is setting and is casting a golden glow on the river and the hills of West Virginia. It’s a reminder that the branches will soon be bare, but their out-stretched limbs will be eagerly awaiting the snow of winter. There are several white geese swimming close to the West Virginia shore and perhaps they are heading south for the winter. I should be so lucky.
