Voting locations have changed again in the county after a Monroe County Board of Elections decision last week. After initially deciding in March to consolidate polling locations from 11 down to only six, the Board has upped the number by two, making eight total polling locations in the county. 

A wish list worth $340,000 was discussed as members of the Lee Township community met on Monday, May 18 at the Sardis Community Center. In the second meeting to discuss the community’s CDBG Neighborhood Revitalization Grant (NRG) application, the list of desired projects was tentatively finalized.

Beallsville Busy Bees News 5/21/15

The Beallsville Busy Bees held their club meeting on April 23 at 7 p.m. Pledges were led to start the meeting. Three advisors and 22 members were present. Advisors reminded everyone of the Quality Assurance meeting coming up. Demonstrations will start soon, so club members were also reminded to start working on their project booklets.
