Food Drive Gathers 113 Pounds Of Food

A food drive was held in December by Blue Sky Therapy Management in conjunction with Monroe County Care Center/BrandyWoods Assisted Living. Angela Varhola, Rehab Manager with Blue Sky , said, “We wanted to help those families in need during the holidays.” A total of 113 pounds of food was collected that will be distributed to the SOMA Foodbank. Blue Sky’s corporate office will also donate a dollar per pound of food collected to Feed America.
