At year end, Probate Court refunded unused appropriations to the General Fund in the amount of $7,485.42; Juvenile Court refunded unused appropriations to the General Fund in the amount of $35,687.25; the revenue generated by the Probate and Juvenile Court increased by $24,748.24 for a General Fund increase of $67,920.91 during 2012.

Juvenile Court cases filed or reopened were as follows: delinquent, 73; probation violations, 12; unruly, 9; traffic, 32; dependent, neglected, abused, 15; adult cases, 2; custody, change of custody, visitation, 23; URESA, 4; support enforcement or modifications, 53; and all others, 4 with a total of 227 cases.
