2013 SOLSD Spelling Bee Results

The Switzerland of Ohio Local School District (SOLSD) held its annual district spelling bee on Tuesday, January 22, 2013. Participating were students representing all six of SOLSD’s elementary schools.

The participating students  were invited to the district spelling bee after competing in and placing in spelling bees held at each school.

After a fierce competition, Peyton Hall from Sardis Elementary was named the overall winner of the district spelling bee. Allison Bennett of Hannibal Elementary received the 2nd place award for outstanding spelling. Cheyenne Wilson of Woodsfield Elementary received the 3rd place award for outstanding spelling.
