Gary W. Ricer, Executive Director of GMN Tri-County CAC, Inc. is pleased to announce that the COAD David V. Stivison Appalachian Scholarship Fund Year 2013 applications are now available at alL area high schools and vocational schools in Guernsey, Monroe and Noble Counties.

The scholarship is for $500; however, applicants must meet the following criteria in order bo be eligible to apply:

1. Eligible applicants must be a resident of the 30-county COAD service area for at least one year before application deadline.

2. Reside in a household with a total annual income at or below 200 percent of the Federal poverty guidelines.
