The Monroe Central Seminoles boys basketball team made it into the OVAC tournament semifinals by qualifying as the #4 seed in Class 3-A. The Seminoles will face #1 seed Buckeye Trail on the road on Feb. 12.

On the other side of the bracket will be #3 seed River on the road at #2 seed Magnolia. The winners of each game will face off in the Class 3-A championship at 12:30 p.m. on Feb. 16 at Ohio University Eastern.

Monroe Central just made it into the tournament past Fort Frye.
