|MC Chamber's Newest Member Looks To Bring Financial Clarity|

Bibler grew up in the Cleveland area and went to Bowling Green State University for his undergraduate work. After college, Bibler moved to the Columbus area where he has gained many years of experience in the financial services industry, first with Merrill Lynch and then with UBS, whom he and his group partnered with in 2009.
It was in Columbus that Bibler met Linsey Gordon, a 2002 graduate of Monroe Central. Eventually, the two married, forever tying Bibler to Monroe County. Now he and Linsey reside in the Columbus area with their daughter Reese.
It is obvious, when talking to Ryan that his decisions are based on family first. Even before he had a family of his own, Ryan was thinking about how he would provide for one. When asked why he went into finance in college, Bibler said, “I didn’t know what I wanted to go into. My line of thinking was, no matter what happened in life, if I knew finance, I would be able to make smart financial decisions and provide for a family.”
Now, Ryan’s main motivation to establish a portion of his business in Monroe County revolves around his family. Bibler said he wants to be with Linsey’s family more and give Reese the closeness to her grandparents and other family members that reside in the county.
Of course, the timing could not be better for a new financial advisor to show interest in Monroe County. With the shale oil and gas boom has come wealth among many citizens of the county. Bibler wants to make sure those people have their money protected. “With more money comes more problems,” Bibler said. “Most of these individuals are facing issues they have never had,” he continued.
Bibler spoke of how well-equipped his company was in handling such wealth. “Everything we do is based on a multi-generational financial plan,” Bibler said. Connecting that company philosophy with the oil and gas boom, he explained, “We want to make sure those assets are transferred to the next generation in the most tax-efficient way possible.”
Ryan is uniquely prepared to handle an individual’s or family’s financial assets due to his training and licensures. He has his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses as well as an insurance license. Ryan is also a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor SM.
