Kody Skinner and Chelsey Keylor Chris and Lynda Keylor of Barnesville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsey Louise Keylor, to Kody Todd Skinner, son of Todd and Donna Skinner of Barnesville.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Paul and Patty Keylor of Woodsfield, Richard and Marlene Moose of Woodsfield, and the late Louis Schumacher.

Chelsey is a 2008 graduate of Barnesville High School and a 2012 graduate from Wheeling Jesuit University with a Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training. She will complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree this fall.

The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of Barnesville High School, a 2009 graduate of Belmont Technical College with an associate degree in Allied Science, and a 2009 graduate of OVMC Program of Radiology.  She is currently employed with MedExpress.

Ryan Firm and Brooke Willis Brooke Marie Willis and Ryan Scott Firm, both of Nashville, are announcing their engagement and plans of their upcoming wedding on July 3, 2014.

Brooke is the daughter of Scott and Michelle Willis of Avon, IN.  She is the granddaughter of Lewis and Joyce Willis of Rootstown, OH, and Faye and Mary Flatt of Cookeville, TN.

Ryan is the son of Sheila Turner of Woodsfield, and Scott Firm of Campbell, OH. He is the grandson of Sarah Krieg and the late Bernard Krieg of Sardis, OH, and Arline Firm and the late Kenneth Firm of Campbell, OH.

Miss Willis, formerly of Akron, recently received her bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of North Texas. Willis is an Assistant Buyer for Kirkland’s Home Decor in Nashville, TN.

Craig Ferrell and Ashley Felton Luke and Frannie Burke, of Woodsfield, announce the engagement of their granddaughter Ashley Renee Felton to Craig Russell Ferrell, son of Pam and Jim Ferrell of Proctor, WV.

Ashley is the daughter of Fred and Cynthia Felton of Missouri and the late Charlotte Burke of Woodsfield. She is the granddaughter of Mary Carpenter and the late Rick Carpenter of Sardis.

Craig is the grandson of Celia and Joe Johnson of Proctor, WV, and Agnes Ferrell and the late Robert Ferrell of Moundsville, WV.

The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Paden City High School and a graduate of West Liberty University, with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She is employed at Fort Frye Local School District as a second grade teacher.

Ryan Carper and Mariah Dixon Mr. and Mrs. David Dixon, of Lewisville, announce the engagement of their daughter Mariah Lynn Dixon to Ryan Carper, son of Millard Carper of Marietta and Becky Horn of Lansing, Michigan. She is the granddaughter of Shelba Wills, Woodsfield.

The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Monroe Central High School and a graduate of Washington State Community College in Marietta, with two associate degrees. Her fiance is a graduate of Marietta High School. He is self-employed at Carper Well Service, Marietta.

A June 21 wedding is planned at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Carlisle, Ohio.

Kurtis Nalley and Tara Baker Richard and Sheila Baker of Belle Valley, announce the engagement of their daughter, Tara Marie Baker, to Kurtis Aaron Nalley, both of Caldwell. He is the son of Aaron and Vickie Nalley of Summerfield.

The wedding will take place on May 27, 2014 in the Outer Banks, N.C.

The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of Shenandoah High School and a 2012 graduate of Zane State College where she earned an associate degree in business. She is an employee of Peoples Bank in Marietta.

The bride-to-be graduated from John Marshall High School and West Liberty University.  She is currently attending the Vet Tech Institute of Pittsburgh and is employed part-time at Undo's Sports Bar.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mark and Anita Hoke of Woodsfield. She is the granddaughter of Darlene Quails and the late Tony (Johnny) Quails of Woodsfield, and the late Paul and Nellie Hoke of Woodsfield.

The prospective groom is the son of Wilmer and Tara Boyer of St. Clairsville. He is the grandson of William Boyer and the late Betty Boyer of St. Clairsville, and the late Felice and Billie Regoli of Bellaire.

Britney is a 2007 graduate of Monroe Central High School and Swiss Hills Vocational School. She graduated from West Virginia Northern Community College in 2011 earning certificates in Phlebotomy and Surgical Technology. She is now employed at Ohio Valley Medical Center as a Sterile Processing Technician.
