David and Judy Crooks of Alledonia are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachael Leann Crooks, to Aaron Scott Dunfee, son of Scott and Calleen Dunfee of Jacobsburg.

Rachael is a 2009 graduate of Beallsville High School and a 2013 graduate of West Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology. She will be attending California University of Pennsylvania in the fall to pursue her master’s degree in Communication Disorders.

Jeff and Becky Hickman of Paulding, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Janelle Hickman, to Marty Wunderink, son of John and Yvonne Wunderink of Roselawn, Indiana.

Janelle is a 2000 graduate of Tri-Valley High School and a 2007 graduate from The Ohio State University with a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. She is employed at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton as an Electrical Engineer. Janelle also serves part-time as a captain in the Ohio Air National Guard.

Mr. Jimmie L. Lindamood of Woodsfield, and Mrs. Dawn C. Saboley of Marietta, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Eve L. Lindamood to Phillip M. Childress, son of Jennifer L. and Timothy G. Childress of Lewisville.

Eve is the granddaughter of Jim and Evelyn Lindamood of Woodsfield and Larry and Susan Emery of Woodsfield.

Dana is a 2008 graduate of the University of Mount Union, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education, and a Master’s Degree from Seton Hill University in Special Education and Elementary Education. She is currently a pre-kindergarten teacher for Wetzel County Schools.

Meagan, a 2002 graduate of Monroe Central High School is currently attending Ohio University, pursuing a degree in child and family studies, and is a shift supervisor with Rite Aid of Woodsfield.

Daniel and Brenda Rinkes of Bridgeport announce the engagement of their daughter, Danielle Renee to Matthew Robert Phillips, son of Robert and Barbara Phillips of Jerusalem.

The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of St. John Central High School and a 2004 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor of science in early childhood education. She earned a master of arts in reading education from The Ohio StateUniversity in 2008. She is employed as a first grade teacher by the Groveport Madison School District.

Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of Barnesville High School and a 2005 graduate of Washington and Jefferson College with a bachelor of arts in accounting. He is employed as a business analyst by American Electric Power in Gahanna.

A June 8th wedding is planned at St. John’s Church in Bellaire, Ohio.
