Main St. Woodsfield, Ohio 43793.
The object of Plaintiff’s Complaint is to obtain court declarations regarding the validity and/or interpretation of certain reservations of oil and gas and/or mineral rights in the Deeds recorded in Monroe County Deed Records Volume 76, Page 133, and Volume 88, Page 51; and to obtain a court order quieting title to certain oil and gas mineral interests in the name of the Plaintiff.
You are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for six successive weeks. The last publication will be made April 28, 2022 and the 28 days for answer will commence on that date.
If you fail to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment will be entered granting the relief requested in the Complaint.

SWN seeks to obtain an Order for Unit Operation from the Chief of the Division as to the Utica/Point Pleasant Formation covering the Rothenbuhler A Unit area. Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Township of Washington of Graysville, Ohio, passed on the 21st day of September, 2021, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 3rd day of May, 2022 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of Washington Township for the purpose of road improvement including Graysville Corporation. Tax being a renewal at a rate not exceeding 2.5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.25 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years.
The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on election day.
