Tammy Ann Talbott, 59, of Jacobsburg, passed away Monday, March 13, 2023, at Wheeling Hospital.

She was born Feb. 24, 1964, in Barnesville, to the late Robert C. and Edith G. Poole.

Tammy was a homemaker who loved spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She was a Cleveland Browns fan and enjoyed watching the games with her cat, Norma.

Left to cherish her memory are her best friend and husband, Carl Jr. Talbott; children, Christa (Aaron) Ackerman, Carla Ayers, Craig (Angie) Ayers and Carl Snodgrass; grandchildren, McKenzie, Brynlee, Kolson, Jagger, Blade, Meadow, Christian, CJ and Nevaeh.

All services are private and held at the convenience of the family.
