Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, and Executors of the Estate of Jerry L. Rose, whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on January 30, 2023, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee for REO Trust 2017-RPL1, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 2023-033 in the Court of Common Pleas Monroe County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, and Executors of the Estate of Jerry L. Rose, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 424 Eastern Avenue, Woodsfield, OH 43793, PPN #05-190101.3000 and 05-190102.9000. A complete legal description may be obtained with the Monroe County Auditor’s Office located at 101 North Main St., Room 22, Woodsfield, OH 43793-1097.

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.

The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner’s claim in the property order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING #1

The Ohio & Lee Water and Sewer Authority, Ohio, intends to apply to the Ohio Department of Development for funding under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Residential Public Infrastructure Program (RPIG), a federally funding program administered by the State of Ohio for Sardis Wastewater Collection and Treatment System. The Authority is encouraging Sardis residents to provide their input at the first of two public hearings. Ohio & Lee may be eligible for up to $750,000 of the FY 2023 CDBG-RPIG funding, provided the Authority meets applicable program requirements.

On June 12, 2023, Ohio & Lee will conduct its first public hearing to inform citizens about the CDBG program, how it may be used, what activities are eligible, and other important program requirements. Join us at the Old Sardis School, located at 37184 Mound Street, Sardis, Ohio, 43946. Citizens of Sardis and other interested people are encouraged to attend this meeting at 4:00 p.m. to express their views and comment on the Authority’s proposed CDBG RPIG application for a Sardis WWTP. A second public hearing will be held on June 26, 2023, at the same place and time.
