Sheila Ann Clark, age 70, of Sardis, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown.

She was born Aug. 16, 1952, in Huntington, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Sterling Hinderlong and Betty E. (Jones) Hinderlong Howell.

Sheila was a caregiver and a member of the Mount Olive Church in Sardis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by stepfather, Anthony Howell, and a brother-in-law, Steven Goddard.

Survivors include a son, Casey Clark, of Mingo Junction; a daughter, Stephanie Goddard, of Sardis; a sister, Lisa Goddard, of Clarington; two grandsons, Jesse and Jacob Goddard; and four great-grandchildren, Harper, Colton, Adaline and Everett Goddard; two nieces, Lindsey Mullett and Mackenzi Goddard; great-nephew, Cooper and a great-niece, Riley.

Graveside services were held Monday, June 26, 2023, at Mount Olive Cemetery, Sardis. A luncheon followed in the church hall.
