Sandra K. Morris, 73, of Malaga, passed away Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023, in Wheeling Hospital Wheeling, West Virginia. 

She was born in Canton Jan. 11, 1950, a daughter of the late James A. and Ilean M. Lowe Price.

She was a member of the Beallsville American Legion Women’s Auxiliary for 25 years. She was an avid cat lover and loved making quilts but most of all she enjoyed being with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Morris; son, Shannon Price; brother, James Price Jr.; and a sister, Barb (Ron) Gibson.

She is survived by her children, Lee Price, of Alledonia, Robert Price, of Bridgeport, Michael Holcomb, of Somerton, Chad Holcomb, of Malaga, David Morris, of Malaga, and Amanda Lincoln, of Woodsfield; sister, Karen Carvelle, of Daytona Florida; 28 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren with one more on the way; one great-great-grandchild on the way; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023, at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home, 100 S. Paul St., Woodsfield, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023, with Pastor Joe Hise officiating. Burial will follow in the Somerton Southern Cemetery, Somerton.
