Augustina F. “Tina” Hidalgo-Chambers, 41, of Stafford, passed away Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023, at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 5, 2023, at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78, Woodsfield, with Pastor Jeff Wise officiating. Inurnment will follow at the convenience of the family.
