Leland D. Eisenbarth, 88, of Sardis, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at WVU Reynolds Memorial Hospital.
 He was born May 28, 1935, in Sardis, a son of the late Paul and Ida Stauffer Eisenbarth.
 He was a veteran of the Army Reserves during the Berlin Crisis; he was a pipefitter for Ormet Corporation. He was a member of the American Legion Post #760, Hannibal, Ohio and a member of the Mason Lodge # 597 F & AM Clarington, Ohio.
 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Michael Wayne Eisenbarth.
 Survivors include two brothers, Marlyn (Vera) Eisenbarth of New Matamoras, Ohio, and Keith Eisenbarth of Sardis; a sister, Grace (Glenn) Reiner of Latrobe, Pa.; a niece and three nephews.
 Family will receive friends on Friday from 11 a.m. until time of serve at 1 p.m. with Jim Miller officiating at Grisell Funeral Home, 37234 Mound St. Sardis.
 Interment will follow in Salem Cemetery, Sardis. The Honor Guard will conduct Military Graveside Service.
