Danny E. Weddle, 68, of Lewisville, Ohio passed away Wednesday, June 12 2024 at the Stellar Care Center, Woodsfield, Ohio.
 He was born at Barnesville, Ohio on May 7, 1956 a son of Madlyn Cline Weddle who survives of Woodsfield, Ohio and the late Elmer Weddle.
 Danny was a 1976 graduate of Woodsfield High School, Woodsfield, Ohio. He was a farmer and a retired employee of Riesbeck’s, Woodsfield, Ohio with 35 years of service. He was also a U.S. Army veteran.
 Danny enjoyed hunting, fishing, umpiring baseball and softball, being outdoors and farming.
 In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Daugherty; an infant grandchild and father- in- law, Lewis McConnell.
 In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 36 years Donna McConnell Weddle whom he married on May 21, 1988. Two daughters Danielle (T.J.) Wells of Zanesville, Ohio, Darlene (Nathan) Love of Lower Salem, Ohio. One son Darrell Weddle of the home. Two sisters Linda (Roger) Hoke of Woodsfield, Ohio, Patricia (Steve) Copeland of Woodsfield, Ohio. One brother Chester Weddle of Canton, Ohio. Four grandchildren Addalin, Trey and Jasper Wells, Wyatt Love and soon to arrive Hannah Love. Mother in- law, Ruth McConnell of Lewisville, Ohio.
 Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78, Woodsfield, Ohio from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm Monday, June 17, 2024 where military and funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday June 18, 2024 with Keith Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Stafford Cemetery, Stafford, Ohio.
