Thomas Lee Hooker, 72, passed away at home on July 22, 2024 in Monroe, Ohio. He was an Army veteran serving in Korea and Germany. He loved his job as a truck driver, hauling gasoline both locally and cross-country. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, James Hooker and Mary Spangle. He is survived by his wife, Donna, children Monika (Don) Martin and Robert Hooker; brothers John (Michelle) Hooker, James (Erni) Hooker, David (Jean) Hooker, sisters Rebecca Hooker, Susan (Jack) Pugh, and Pat Hammons, and grandchildren Corey Hooker, Jay Love, Alex Hooker, Daniel Martin and Austin Hooker and a great-granddaughter Penelope Hooker. Tom’s last wish was to have his body donated to science.
