Anna Louise Rinkes, 67, of Barnesville, Ohio, formerly of Woodsfield, Ohio, passed away Monday, December 4, 2023, at Altercare of Cambridge, Ohio. She was born in Pennsylvania on June 23, 1956. She was the daughter of the late Owen Burdell and Violet Mae Nicholson Lincoln.
 Anna enjoyed crafting and gifting them to others, but most of all she loved her grandchildren.
 In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Owen (Abe) Lincoln, Ronnie Lincoln, Donnie Lincoln, Harry Lincoln, Gloria Roderick, Jeanie Michalovich.
 She is survived by her children, Girie Edward Lincoln of Akron, Ohio, and Amber Davis (Mike King) of Lore City, Ohio; siblings, Alvin (Marlene) Lincoln, Gerald (Barbra) Lincoln, Merlyn (Richard) Swarm; grandchildren, Breannon Hoff, Jaycie Hoff, Aydan Hoff, Irelynn Hoff, Dalton (Andrea) Lincoln, Dillon Lincoln, Lakesha Lincoln; great-grandchildren, Dalton Lincoln Jr., Lauren Lincoln, Bristol Lincoln; and numerous nieces and nephews.
 Friends received from 4 p.m. Saturday until time of service at 6 p.m. Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Bauer-Turner Funeral Home, 100 S. Paul St., Woodsfield, Ohio, with Keith Jones officiating.
