CAROL FRASHER-LIZON

Carol Frasher-Lizon, 79, of Woodsfield, formerly of the Village of Wilson, died Monday, May 18, 2020, in Marietta Memorial Hospital.

She was born Aug. 13, 1940, in Portsmouth, the oldest daughter of the late Robert and Helen Winters Williams.

Carol will be remembered by everyone who was fortunate to have met her, as a kind, compassionate and giving soul. She had many interests and talents . . . she was a homemaker, a Sunday School teacher, a volunteer at Barnesville Hospital; she worked at the Switzerland of Ohio Country Club and the former Decker’s Food Market. She loved bowling and playing golf.

Carol is survived by three children, Kelly Schumacher Christman and her husband, Daron, of Lewisville; Todd Frasher and his wife, Terri, of West Milton, and Julie Vogler and her husband, Ed, of Bellaire; six grandchildren, Trent (Brittany) Schumacher, Ryan (Natasha) Frasher, Karly (George) Davis, Preston (Krystal) Vogler, Alexis Vogler, and Kirby Schumacher; six great-grandchildren, Kinsley Frasher, Colt Davis, Quinn Davis, Bristol Schumacher, Ryker Vogler, and Baby Boy Davis due to arrive in July; four sisters, Charlotte Williams, Marybeth Williams, Lisa McCartney, and Crystal Kotcamp; also many friends.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert “Bob” Frasher and Donald Lizon, Sr.; and three brothers, Brian Williams, Ronald Williams, and Ralph Williams. Graveside services were held on Friday, May 22, 2020, in the Beallsville Cemetery for family and friends.
