Good morning from the ridge where the rain is falling instead of snow, which is a good thing.

Like a lot of you, I have some Christmas memories that I’m fond of, but my family was far from the Griswolds.
Say Whaaaaaaat?
There are perks with being at the top of the ladder, if you will.
One of those is getting your own parking spot, a rare luxury in a town with more meters than free spaces.
It’s not all roses, though, as I’ve never been able to afford a proper carport, so I’m forced to park under a set of power lines frequented by the neighborhood birds.
Those birds tend to do work, so my car is generally in need of a wash.

Jenna Tucker, daughter of Russ and Amy Tucker, recently returned to Ohio University in Athens to resume her freshman year after being home doing online classes. All students are tested for COVID-19 and are not allowed to visit each other’s dorms. Hopefully after vaccines, all will be back to normal.
