Beallsville High School senior Brooke Wells drew the blue rose and was crowned the 2024 Beallsville Homecoming Queen during halftime of Beallsville’s game against Bridgeport Friday.

River High School recently found out its homecoming royalty for 2024.

The Jericho Cemetery and Perpetual Care Association, Incorporated Board of Trustees of Benton Township, Monroe County, recently installed a memorial marker donated by The Society of the Descendants of Washington’s Army at Valley Forge for the Revolutionary War Patriot, Hans George Cline (1740-1801) who has a memorial stone in the cemetery.

The Monroe County Commissioners visited the former River’s Edge property.
