Each March, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics encourages Americans to focus on healthy eating habits during National Nutrition Month. The Ohio Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program has chosen the theme: “Reduce Food Waste.” WIC staff encourages families to celebrate the month by learning to reduce, reuse, and repurpose food and food containers.
