Monroe Central grabbed two of the top honors in Division VI as the Ohio Prep Sportswriters Association released its East District Football All-Stars last week.The selections were made by members of the media in the East District.In Division VI, Monroe Central senior quarterback Tucker Howell was named as one of three players to share the Offensive Player of the Year award.
