Cecil L. Crum, 66, of Woodsfield, Ohio, passed away Monday, March 24, 2025, at Wetzel County Hospital, New Martinsville, W.V.
 He was born at Inez, Ky., on September 1, 1958, a son of the late Willie and Goldie Young Crum.
 Cecil was a former construction worker. He enjoyed woodworking and thrift shopping.
 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters, Norma Harrison, Opal Dalton, Joyce Henderson and Linda Peniz; four brothers, John Hickman, Paul Crum, Larry Crum and Thorton Crum.
 Surviving are his wife, Penni Roe Crum, whom he married on June 28, 2001; one daughter, Samantha Crum of Woodsfield; one son, Jonathan Crum of Woodsfield; one sister, Thelma Whitt of Campbellsville, Ky.; several nieces and nephews.
 Friends will be received at Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78, Woodsfield, from 11 a.m. until time of services at 1 p.m.. Friday, March 28, 2025. with Pastor Herb Alexander of Grace Christian Church, Woodsfield, officiating.
 Burial will follow in Stafford Cemetery, Stafford, Ohio.
