Charles P. “Pat” Mahoney, 63, of Woodsfield, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at Marietta Memorial Hospital, Marietta, Ohio.
 He was born at Woodsfield on June 26, 1962, a son of the late Charles and Betty Jean Stimpert Mahoney.
 He was a 1980 graduate of Woodsfield High School, a former construction worker and a member of the Laborers Union, Wheeling, W.V.
 Pat enjoyed fishing, riding his motorcycle, talking and family get togethers.
 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Mahoney.
 Surviving are four sisters, Peggy Pierce of Salesville, Ohio; Deb Scott of Woodsfield; Brenda Patterson of Barnesville, Ohio; Evone (Charles) DeLong of Woodsfield; one brother, Neal (Lori) Mahoney of Woodsfield; several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and -nephews and his best friend, Mike Jones, of Marietta.
 Friends will be received at Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78, Woodsfield, from 10 a.m. until time of services at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 12, 2025, with Jim Mahoney officiating.
 Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery, Woodsfield.
