Charles Wine Jr., 64, died Friday, March 3, 2023, at the Arbors at Woodsfield.

He was born July 24, 1958 in Newark, a son of the late Beverly (McGullion) Wine and Charles Wine.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Monty Wine.

Surviving are his children, Michael Blackstone, Cassandra (Tom) Knowlton, Misty Salisbury, Emma Frontz and Kelsay Wine; sister, Joyce Little; uncle, Paul Wine; granddaughters, Larissa and Peyton Salisbury; four step-grandchildren; one step-greatgrandchild; stepmother, Pam Winland; and stepbrothers, Jimmy Lucas and Chris Lucas.

Arrangements by Care Funeral Home & Cremation Specialists, 204 West Main St., St. Clairsville, OH 43950 will be at the convenience of the family.
