Donna Mae Grubb, 82, of Lewisville, Ohio, passed away January 12, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. She was born February 21, 1942, to Rex Cecil and Eileen Sills Cecil at their family home in Lewisville.
After graduating high school, she moved to Columbus, Ohio, to live with her big sister and started working in the insurance field. While there she met her husband, Virgil Grubb. The couple were married July 26, 1961. They were married 60 years until his passing on June 13, 2021. Together they had six children and raised four grandchildren. Over the years they had many nieces and nephews that would come live with them from time to time. Donna’s babies meant everything to her. She would try to be at as many births, graduations, weddings, sport events and school functions as she could be.
