Charles T. Lucas, 74, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at his home. He was born near Woodsfield, Ohio on December 24, 1940 a son of the late Charles Harvey Lucas and Bessie Rose Piatt Lucas.

Monroe County Court of Common Pleas Judge Julie Selmon announced her decision in the case between the Beallsville Keystone Committee, plaintiffs and the Switzerland of Ohio Local School District (SOLSD) Board of Education, defendants, on Thursday, May 28. The Court found in favor of the plaintiffs, granting the Keystone Committee injunctive relief.
