Helen R. Miller, 88, of New Matamoras, Ohio, passed away Monday, March 24, 2025, at Marietta Memorial Hospital, Marietta, Ohio.
 She was born near Brownsville, Ohio, on October 26, 1936, a daughter of the late John and Thelma Cline Buegel.
 Helen was a former employee of Hoover Company, North Canton, Ohio, and was a member of St. Sylvester Catholic Church, Woodsfield, Ohio.
 In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Franklin Buegel, and a sister, Ida Mae Thomas.
 Surviving are her husband, Dayle Miller, whom she married on February 23, 1963; two sons, Richard (Lisa) Miller of Blacksburg, Va., Rodney Miller of Delroy, Ohio; two grandsons, Joseph Miller and Matthew Miller.
 As per Helen’s wishes, a cremation will take place with a graveside service to take place at a later date in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Caldwell, Ohio.
 Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Watters Funeral Home, Woodsfield.
