JAMES “JIM” A. GREENLEE

James “Jim” A. Greenlee, age 64, of Stillhouse Run Road, Clarington, passed away Friday, May 22, 2020, at his home surrounded by his family.

He was born Dec. 18, 1955, in Bellaire, the son of the late Duane Franklin Greenlee and Mary Margaret Crall Greenlee McClelland.

Jim enjoyed NASCAR races, riding his Harley, spending time with his family and friends and mowing his lawn but number one in Jim’s heart were his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Duane, Charles Henry and Jackie Lee Greenlee, Sr. and a stepsister, Jelena Usenick.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Bobbi Jo Greenlee; a son, Chad (Dani) Greenlee, of Sardis; a daughter, Jamee (Brian) Stewart, of Clarington; four grandchildren, Garett and Gracie Greenlee and Brody and Bria Stewart; two brothers, John Greenlee and George (Lori) Greenlee; four sisters, Dianna (Terry) Armann, Barbara Brown, Brenda (Charles) Payne and Beulah Mary Jo (Jerry) Palmer; two stepsisters, Judy McMillan and Jennifer Jefferies; four sisters-in-laws, Cindi (Jimbo) Hunt, Noni Myers, Dot Huffman and Bow Greenlee; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service were held Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at Clarington Cemetery, Clarington, with Pastor Bill Stokes officiating. Friends were encouraged to dress normal and arrive at the Grisell Funeral Home, 125 Clarinda Drive, Clarington, and United Steel Workers Hall for a procession of bikes to the cemetery.
