Joyce Lea Ault Helmick, 67, of Columbus, Ohio (formerly of Monroe County, Ohio) passed away Thursday evening, July 11, 2024, at her home.
 She was born at Barnesville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Hilbert Lee Ault and Eleanor Jean Kibble Ault.
 Joyce was a 1975 graduate of River High School, Hannibal, Ohio, and was a retired customer service representative of CWI Gifts, Columbus.
 In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Ault Jones.
 Surviving are a daughter, Adele (Luke) Moorehead of Jackson, Mich.; one sister, Denise (Steve) Harris of Woodsfield, Ohio; two grandchildren, Luke Moorehead II, Jocelyn Moorehead; several nieces and nephews.
 As per Joyce’s wishes there will be no visitation. A celebration of Joyce’s life will be held at a later date.
 Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Watters Funeral Home, Woodsfield.
