Kathleen J. Walton, 85, of Woodsfield, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2020 at the Brandywoods Assisted Living Facility, Woodsfield.

She was born in Portland, Maine on January 8, 1935, a daughter of the late Raymond A. McDonald and Marie Diane Rocheleau McDonald.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Woodsfield Church of Christ, Woodsfield. She enjoyed gardening, canning food and raising her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Chester Walton on October 15, 2011; two sons, Robert Elliott and Raymond Elliott; a step-daughter, Barbara Mongee; a son-in-law, Donald Orr; a grandson, Kevin Walton; five sisters, Helen E. McDonald, Melina E. Collins, Phebe E. Collins, Mary D. Turkovich, Elle H. Athearn; five brothers, Raymond A., William W., Douglas J., Bernard H. and Maynard J. McDonald.

Surviving are one daughter, Roxanna Orr of Lewisville; two sons, Richard (Beth) Elliott of Newton Falls, Chester (Laura) Walton of Plant City, Florida; three stepsons, John (June) Walton of Trabuco Canyon, California, Larry Walton of Plant City, Florida, Kevin (Tammy) Walton of Hernando Beach, Florida; nineteen grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren. There will be no visitation or service.

Inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family at the Friendship Cemetery, Lewisville.
