Kenneth Lee Jones, 74, of Clarington, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023, at his home.

He was born at Barnesville, on April 23, 1949, a son of the late Ned and Doris Irene Evans Jones.

Kenneth was a retired millwright for the former Ormet Corporation, Hannibal. He attended the Living Water Baptist Church, Sardis. Kenneth also enjoyed hunting, bowling, fishing and most especially spending time with family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Tyler Ash; father-in-law, John Miller; and an infant brother.

Surviving are his wife, Jerri Diane Miller Jones, whom he married on February 18, 1969; three sons, Kenneth John (Heather) Jones, of Clarington, Rodney Alan (Beth) Jones, of Clarington, and Randy Lee (Tiffany) Jones, of Woodsfield; five grandchildren, Benjamin Jones, Rebekah (Garth) Richter, Hannah Jones, Clay Jones and Gage Ash; two great-grandchildren, Sydney Jones, Jackson Richter; and two step-grandchildren, Anna (Nik) Sells and Dustin Kirk.

There will be no visitation or service. A private inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family at the Clarington Cemetery, Clarington.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Watters Funeral Home, Woodsfield.
