McConnell, Vice-President; and James Cliff Delong, Trustee. All regular meetings will be held on the first Wednesday of each month. The meeting time for February and March will be at 6:30 p.m. and April through December at 7:00 p.m. at the township hall in Stafford.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at River High School, 52560 River High School Road, Hannibal, Ohio 43931, on Monday, January 27, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.
No bidder shall withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of bid opening.
Bid Security: Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the highest total amount of the bid, or a Certified Check or Cashier’s Check in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the highest total amount of the bid.
