You are hereby notified that you have been named as a Defendant in a legal action entitled Michael E. Aberegg, Jr., et al., v. Clem Mellott aka Clemant Mellott, his unknown heirs, successors, and assigns, et al. This action has been assigned Case No. CV 2019-297 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County, Ohio before the Honorable Judge Julie R. Selmon.
The object of the Complaint is to quiet title and extinguish the Defendants’ oil and gas rights, if any, in Monroe Auditor’s Parcel No. 24-020011.0000, located in Sunsbury Township, Monroe County, Ohio: A complete description of the above listed parcels can be found in the Complaint.
You are hereby required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once each week for six (6) successive weeks. The last publication will be made on January 2, 2020, and the 28 days for an answer by you will commence on that date. You must file an answer to the Complaint with the Monroe County Clerk of the Monroe County Common Pleas Court, Monroe County Courthouse, 101 N. You are hereby notified that on the 10th day of October, 2019 Jadon Charles Rush filed in the Court a Petition for Adoption of Kya Rayne Denne, a minor, whose date of birth is September 29, 2010 and for change of the name of the minor to Kya Rayne Rush. It is alleged in the petition, pursuant to R.C. 3107.07, that the consent of Shaughn Allen Denne is not required due to the following:
