You are hereby notified that you have been named as a Defendant in a legal action entitled Robert E. Hartley, Plaintiff, v. Douglas M. Richardson, et al., Defendants. This action has been assigned Case No. 2022-284, and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County, Ohio, Woodsfield, Ohio 43793.
The object of the Complaint is to seek Certificate of Title of the mobile home that was placed on the property of Plaintiffs and later given to Plaintiffs pursuant to an agreement made between Plaintiff and Defendants.
You are hereby required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once each week for six (6) successive weeks. The last publication will be made on December 1, 2022, and the twenty-eight (28) days for an answer by you will commence on that date.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

Applicant Equinor USA Onshore Properties Inc. (“Equinor”) hereby gives notice that the Ohio
Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management (the “Division”), has scheduled a hearing pursuant to Revised Code Section 1509.28 concerning Equinor’s Schindler S #2 Unit to occur on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. The hearing will be held via video conference, as set forth below. Equinor seeks to obtain an Order for Unit Operation from the Chief of the Division as to the Utica/Point Pleasant Formation covering the Schindler S #2 Unit area. This proposed unit area includes lands in Sections 19, 20, 26, 27, and 33, Township 2, Range 3, Ohio Township, Section 4, Township 3, Range 4, and Section 34, Township 2, Range 3, Salem Township, all in Monroe County, Ohio. The surface location for the Schindler S #2 Unit will be located in Section 34, Township 2, Range 3, Salem Township, Monroe County, Ohio, on Parcel Nos. 18-028009.0000, 18-028010.0000, and 18- 028019.0000.
