NOTICE BY PUBLICATION

Applicant SWN Production (Ohio), LLC (“SWN”) hereby gives notice that the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management (the “Division”), has scheduled a hearing pursuant to Revised Code Section 1509.28 concerning SWN’s Richard Stalder C West Unit to occur on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. The hearing will be held via video conference, as set forth below, and also in person, as set forth below. SWN seeks to obtain an Order for Unit Operation from the Chief of the Division as to the Utica/Point Pleasant Formation covering the Richard Stalder C West Unit area. This proposed unit area includes lands in Sections 3 and 4, Township 2N, Range 4W, and Sections 26, 27, and 33, Township 1N, Range 3W, all in Lee Township, Monroe County, Ohio. The surface location for the SWN Richard Stalder C West Unit will be located in Section 4, Township 2N, Range 4W, Lee Township, Monroe County, Ohio, on Parcel No. 11-011005.0000.

Certain tracts in the Richard Stalder C West Unit area are owned, in whole or in part, by persons for whom no address can be located. These tracts are described below by reference to their parcel numbers and their believed owners’ names:  (1) Parcel No. 11-018024.0000 – Owners:  Janet Kay Tuttle (remainderman) and Kathryn Lynn Daugherty (remainderman); and (2) Parcel No. 11-025216.0000 – Owners:  Unknown Heirs or Assigns of George Martin, deceased.

MONROE COUNTY ENGINEER’S OFFICE

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Ohio, at the Office of the County Commissioners, 101 N. Main Street Room 34, Woodsfield, Ohio until 10:30 a.m., Prevailing Local Time on the 14th day of February, 2022 for the purchase of various sizes aggregates which may be required by the Monroe County Highway Department for the period from March 1, 2022 to March 1, 2023.

Bids shall be filed on the proposal form furnished by the County and may be obtained from the County Engineer’s Office at 47134 Moore Ridge Road, Woodsfield, Ohio 43793, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., or online at www.monroecountyohio.com under the Engineers page. The bidder may, at his option, quote only on the aggregate and size as he may desire to furnish or deliver.

Bids shall be filed in the Office of the Monroe County Commissioners, 101 N. Main Street Room 34, Woodsfield, Ohio, in sealed envelopes, plainly marked “2022 AGGREGATE BID” on or before the time specified.

The Board of Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informalities or technicalities, to reject any or all bids, and to award purchase order contract(s) on an item by item basis as deemed to be in the best interest of Monroe County. The bid shall be awarded by the County to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in accordance with Revised Code Section 9.312.

The 2022 reorganizational meeting of Benton Township Trustees was held on January 3, 2022.  Officers were elected as follows: Ronnie Busche , President; Michael K. Cisler Vice President and David W. Hensel trustee.

The Board will hold regular meetings on the first Thursday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at the Township Building (old Brownsville UMC building).
