Applicant SWN Production (Ohio), LLC (SWN”) hereby gives notice that the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management (the “Division”), has scheduled a hearing pursuant to Revised Code Section 1509.28 concerning SWN’s Richard Stalder B Unit to occur on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. The hearing will be held via video conference, as set forth below, and also in person, as set forth below. SWN seeks to obtain an Order for Unit Operation from the Chief of the Division as to the Utica/Point Pleasant Formation covering the Richard Stalder B Unit area. This proposed unit area includes lands in Sections 4, 10, 11, 17, and 18, Township 2N, Range 4W, Lee Township, Monroe County, Ohio. The surface location for the SWN Richard Stalder B Unit will be located in Section 4, Township 2N, Range 4W, Lee Township, Monroe County, Ohio, on Parcel No. 11-011005.0000.
Certain tracts in the Richard Stalder B Unit area are owned, in whole or in part, by persons for whom no address can be located. These tracts are described below by reference to their parcel numbers and their believed owners’ names: (1) Parcel No. 11-010016.0000 – Owners: Unknown Heirs and Assigns of Charles Carman, Jr., deceased; David Alan Carman; and Paul Palmer; and (2) Parcel Nos. 11- 005012.0000 and 11-003013.0000 – Owners: Heirs and Assigns of Donald G. Yarman.
