Applicant SWN Production (Ohio), LLC (“SWN”) hereby gives notice that the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management (the “Division”), has scheduled a hearing pursuant to Revised Code Section 1509.28 concerning SWN’s Rothenbuhler C Unit to occur on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. The hearing will be held via video conference, as set forth below. SWN seeks to obtain an Order for Unit Operation from the Chief of the Division as to the Utica/Point Pleasant Formation covering the Rothenbuhler C Unit area. This proposed unit area includes lands in Sections 12, 17, 18, and 24, Township 3N, Range 4W, and Sections 13, 19, and 20, Township 4N, Range 4W, Adams Township, and Section 11, Township 3N, Range 4W, Salem Township, all in Monroe County, Ohio. The surface location for the Rothenbuhler C Unit will be located in Section 25, Township 4N, Range 4W, Adams Township, Monroe County, Ohio, on Parcel No. 01-011008.0000.
Certain tracts in the Rothenbuhler C Unit area are owned, in whole or in part, by persons for whom no address can be located.
