Main St. room 39, Woodsfield, OH 43793, being Case No. 4565. The Complaint is requesting that Lisa Guy be designed as the custodial and residential parent of Ember Maria Davis, a minor child. Kayla Elliot and Joesph Davis are required to answer within 28 days after publication. NOTICE

The Lee Township Trustees will accept sealed bids until 8:00 a.m. on August 4, 2021 for removal of dead trees in all four (4) of the township cemeteries.

The cemeteries are: Sardis, Mt. Olive, Salem  and Mt. Moriah. Bids must list each cemetery separately with its corresponding price per each, including the number of trees in each. Bids must include all necessary equipment, fuel and maintenance of equipment for the removal. 

Bidders must be at least 18 years of age and are required to furnish proof of liability, with Lee Township listed as additional insured, when submitting their bid.

The Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids. Submit bids to: Lee Township Trustees, PO Box 219, Sardis, OH 43946. Envelope must clearly state “Bid for Cemetery Tree Removal”.

Qualifications

Village of 

Woodsfield Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement 

Project

The Village of Woodsfield located in Monroe County, Ohio invites engineering firms to submit

Statements of Qualifications for the upcoming Wastewater Treatment Plant and Storm Water System Improvements project. Firms responding will have the opportunity, if selected to receive a commission for the project. The following is a list of the information that should be in your Statement of Qualifications.

Interested firms should provide the number of years the firm has been in business, types of services offered, summary of the firm’s equipment, office locations, names and experience of key personnel that will be assigned to the project, experience with similar projects, experience working with the Village of Woodsfield, ability to secure funding, proximity to Woodsfield, list of current projects of key staff members, ability to meet deadlines, and ability to track and maintain a project budget. The Statement of Qualifications shall not exceed 25-pages.

The proposed project involves the planning, design, funding acquisition, bidding, construction services, and project close out of the Village of Woodsfield Wastewater Treatment Plant and Strom Sewer

Improvements project. The village has the discretion of using this Request for Qualifications for additional infrastructure work that may be required in the village.

It is the intention of the Village of Woodsfield to review and rate statements of qualifications and short- list firms for further consideration. The short-listed firms may be granted interviews, if necessary, before the final selection of an engineering firm is completed. The village’s decision on this matter is final.

Statements of Qualifications must be received by 4:00 p.m. on July 23, 2021 in the Village

Administrator’s office located at 221 South Main Street, Woodsfield, Ohio 43793.

Buckeye Hills Regional Council is requesting proposals from agencies to provide disease prevention and health promotion services to persons 60 years of age and older or are under 60 years of age who have a disability and reside within the counties of Athens, Hocking, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Noble, Perry and Washington.   Funding sources are Older American's Act Title-III D and Block Grant.   

Services eligible for Title III-D/Block Grant funding are evidence-based self-management education workshops..

Buckeye Hills Regional Council is requesting proposals from organizations who wish to provide respite and support services to the Caregivers of persons who are 60 years of age and older or are under 60 years of age who have a disability and reside within the counties of Athens, Hocking, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Noble, Perry and Washington.   Funding source is Older American's Act Title-III E.   

 Services eligible for Title III-E funding are Respite Services (Personal Care, Homemaker, Adult Day Care, Overnight Respite) and Supplemental Services (Home Modification, Chore Service, Assistive Technologies, Emergency Response Systems, Incontinence Supplies, Home Delivered Meals, Grocery Shopping Assistance, and Grocery Ordering and Delivery Service)
