NOTICE BY PUBLICATION
Applicant SWN Production (Ohio), LLC (“SWN Ohio”) hereby gives notice that the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management (the “Division”), has scheduled a hearing pursuant to Revised Code Section 1509.28 concerning SWN Ohio’s Rothenbuhler B Unit to occur on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. The hearing will be held via video conference, as set forth below. SWN Ohio seeks to obtain an Order for Unit Operation from the Chief of the Division as to the Utica/Point Pleasant Formation covering the Rothenbuhler B Unit area. This proposed unit area includes lands in Sections 17, 18, and 24, Township 3N, Range 4W and Section 19, Township 4N, Range 4W, Adams Township and Sections 4, 10, and 11, Township 3N, Range 4W, Salem Township, all in Monroe County, Ohio. The surface location for the Rothenbuhler B Unit will be located in Section 25, Township 4N, Range 4W, Adams Township, Monroe County, Ohio, on Parcel No. 01-011008.0000.
Certain tracts in the Rothenbuhler B Unit area are owned, in whole or in part, by persons for whom no address can be located. Election Notice
The Ohio Soil and Water Conservation Commission will cause an election of Supervisors of the Monroe Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) to be held in accordance with Chapter 940 of the Ohio Revised Code. Individuals who own or occupy land within the Monroe Soil and Water Conservation District and are 18 years of age or older may vote for Supervisor.
There are 4 ways an eligible voter can cast a ballot:
1.) At the SWCD office, 8:00 AM until 4:00PM, from 8/17/2022 until 9/15/2022 during normal business hours; or
2.) At the SWCD Annual Meeting, which will take place on the Monroe County Fairgrounds, in the Rowley Building on 9/15/2022 from 5:00PM until 6:00PM ; or
3.) Voting will only be available from 8:00AM until 12:00PM from August 22, 2022 through August 26, 2022, due to the Monroe County Fair.
4.) Voting absentee from 8/17/2022 until 9/15/2022, by requesting the ballot application and election ballot from the SWCD office at the following address 46762 SR 26 Woodsfield, Oh 43793, by calling 740-472-5477, or email monroecoswcd@gmail.com. Absentee ballots must be received by the SWCD office by 9/15/2022 at 4:00PM.
