Weber, et al., Lessor, to Burns Drilling Co., Lessee, dated January 22, 1948, filed for record January 26, 1948 and recorded in Volume 94, Page 218 of the Monroe County, Ohio Lease Records (hereinafter the “Lease”) by reason of the lessee’s continuous production of oil and/or gas from well(s) thereon in paying quantities.

McAskill to Ohex of Ohio, Inc. dated May 8, 1981, filed for record May 15, 1981 and recorded in Volume 119, Page 178 of the Monroe County Ohio Records of Leases. According to the Ohio Secretary of State on August 2, 1982 Ohex of Ohio, Inc. was merged into Parkside Petroleum of Ohio., as the surviving corporation.
