This action has been assigned case number CV2021-176 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County, Woodsfield, Ohio, 43793.
The object of the complaint is a declaratory judgment and quiet title action regarding interests that you may have in certain mineral interests concerning Plaintiff’s real estate as follows:
