Situate in the Township of Jackson, County of Monroe, and State of Ohio and being a part of the northwest quarter of Section 15, Township 2N, Range 4W of the “Old Seven Ranges Survey” and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Section 15, this being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 87° 07’ 38” E with the north line of the northwest quarter a distance of 1257.60 feet to a point in the center of County Road 89 (passing on line an iron pin found at a distance 12.79 feet and iron pins set at distances of 442.79 feet, 919.31 feet, and 1207.60 feet); thence with the center of said road and with the land of Donna Borders as recorded in Official Records Book 158, Page 226 the following twelve courses:
