Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for Project as described in this Document according to the Instructions to Bidders.
Project Identification: Monroe County 4-H Education Complex.
Project Location: 46764 State Route 26, Woodsfield, OH 43793.
Owner: Monroe County Fair Board

Project Description: Project consists of a single story building that is 40’ x 80’ with 12’ x 40’ Restroom Area and (2) 8’ x 20’ porches. The project includes site development, complete building package, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following work: General Contract (all trades).
Owner will receive sealed bids until the time and date at the location indicated below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows: Bid Date: May 22, 2020; Bid Time: 11:00 a.m.; Location: Monroe County Fairgrounds Office, 46760 OH-26, Woodsfield, OH 43793.
Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 40 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities and irregularities.
