The quotes will be accepted at the Office of the Treasurer, Switzerland of Ohio Local School District, 304 Mill St, Woodsfield, Ohio, 43793, until November 19, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at which time said quotes will be opened. PUBLIC NOTICE
In compliance with Section 5715.17 of the Revised Code of Ohio, public notice is hereby given, to the real estate owners of Monroe County, Ohio, that the County Board of Revision has completed its work of equalization and transmitted the returns to the County Auditor, and that the tax returns for the year 2021 have been revised and the valuations completed and are open for public inspection at the office of the County Auditor at Woodsfield, Ohio. The County Auditor will, upon request, furnish to any person a certificate setting forth the valuation for tax purposes of any tract, lot or parcel of real estate situated in the county, or will, upon receipt of sufficient postage, mail the same.
Furthermore, the Board of Revision of Monroe County, Ohio, will hear any complaints against valuation or assessments, except valuations fixed and assessments made by the Tax Commissioner, at the office of the County Auditor at Woodsfield, Ohio, on Monday, November 22 nd , 2021 from 9:30 AM to 2:00 P.M.
