Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the County of Monroe, of Woodsfield, Ohio, passed of the 3rd day of August, 2020, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 3rd day of November, 2020 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of County of Monroe for the purpose of construction and maintenance of improvements and expenses of the Monroe Soil and Water Conservation District’s programs under Chapter 940 (formerly Chapter 1515) of the Revised Code.
