Munka, et al. v. Nelle Allison, her unknown heirs, successors, and assigns, et al. This action has been assigned Case No. CV 2021-172 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County, Ohio before Honorable Judge Julie R. Selmon.
The object of the Complaint is to quiet title and extinguish the Defendants’ oil and gas rights, if any, in all or part of Monroe County Auditor’s Parcel Nos. 01-015010.0000 and 01-016004.0000, located in Adams Township, Monroe County, Ohio: A complete description of the above listed parcels can be found in the Complaint.
You are hereby required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once each week for six (6) successive weeks. The last publication will be made on November 18, 2021, and the 28 days for an answer by you will commence on that date. You must file an answer to the Complaint with the Monroe County Clerk of the Monroe County Common Pleas Court, Monroe County Courthouse, 101 N. Election on Tax Levy in Excess of the Ten Mill
Limitation
Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Council of the Village of Stafford of Stafford, Ohio, passed of the 1st day of July, 2021, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 2nd day of November, 2021 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of Stafford Village for the purpose of current expenses. Tax being a renewal of a tax at a rate not exceeding 5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.50 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years. Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Township of Lee of Sardis, Ohio, passed of the 8th day of July, 2021, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 2nd day of November, 2021 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of Lee Township for the purpose of maintaining and operating the township’s cemeteries. Tax being a renewal of a tax at a rate not exceeding 1 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.10 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years. Crooks, deceased whose last place of residence is unknown but whose present place of residence/business is unknown will take notice that on February 6, 2020 PennyMac Loan Services, LLC filed its Complaint in Case No. CVE2020092 and on February 27, 2020 its Amended Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas Monroe County, Ohio alleging that the Defendant(s) The Unknown Heirs at Law or Under the Will, if any, of Dianne L. Crooks, deceased have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) name above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner’s Claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

MANUFACTURED HOME TAX LIST
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code, Section 4503.06, notice is hereby given of forthcoming publication and certification, on November 11 and November 18, 2021, of the delinquent manufactured home tax list of Monroe County.
Said list will contain the name of the most current owner and any unpaid tax and penalties. The certification shall constitute a lien and interest charges will accrue on accounts remaining unpaid after the last day of November.
Delinquent taxes may be paid at the Monroe County Treasurer’s Office 101 N. Main St. Room 21, Woodsfield, OH 43793, Monday thru Friday (except holidays) 8:00 am till 4:00 pm.

DELINQUENT
TAXPAYERS IN

PUBLICATION OF DELINQUENT LAND, COAL, OIL & GAS
ROYALITIES, TAX ASSESSMENTS & PENALTIES
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to law, parcels of land certified as delinquent as of the closing date of the past collection period will be published according to law on or about November 10th for the 2021 delinquencies.
It shall be mandatory upon the Auditor to cause a list of the lands on such delinquent land list and duplicate to be published twice. Such notice is in accordance with Section 5721.03 and Section 5721.04 of the Revised Code of the State of Ohio.
Notice is also given that, pursuant to House bill 379 which became law on Sept. 21, 1982, an interest charge will accrue on accounts remaining unpaid after the last day of November, unless the taxpayer enters a written undertaking to pay such taxes in installments. If a taxpayer comes in at least two days before publication of the delinquent list and enters an installment-payment plan, that person’s name on the published delinquent land lists is given an asterisk beside it.
