The object of the Counterclaim is to quiet title to the Defendants’ oil and gas rights in the following described real estate:
Situate in the County of Monroe County in the State of Ohio and in the Township of Salem, and known as the North east quarter of the North west quarter of Section No. Ten, Township No. Three, Range No. Four, containing forty acres be the same more or less. Also one other tract of land Situate in Salem Township, Monroe County, Ohio, and described as follows: Section Eleven, Range Four, Township Three, a part of the South East quarter of the South west quarter; Commencing for the same at the South west corner of the South East quarter of the South West quarter; Thence North four rods to the Woodsfield Road; Thence with said Road a North East direction eighteen rods to a Stone; Thence a Southerly direction eighteen rods to the Section line; Thence with said section line eight rods west to the place of beginning, containing one half acre.
You are hereby required to answer the Counterclaim within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once each week for six (6) successive weeks. The last publication will be made on September 28, 2023, and the 28 days for an answer by you will commence on that date. This bid request is for one prefabricated outdoor restroom to be placed in the playground area at the Sardis Community Center, 37184 Mound Street, Sardis, Ohio 43946. Specifications and bid forms may be secured by contacting Alyssa Stephens, OSU Extension, via email at stephens.967@osu.edu.
